Job summary

• Knowledge of fundraising regulations, ethics, and compliance standards (CASE, IRS, Donor Bill of Rights).
• Annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, capital campaigns, and grant writing.
• Marketing and communications strategies related to donor engagement.
• Event planning and donor stewardship best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic fundraising initiatives to identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit donors.
• Manage a portfolio of over 50 donors and provide ongoing stewardship.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to manage gift opportunities and annual budget.
• Identify donor opportunities and report on pipeline status and outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or other related field
