You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, budgeting, and KPI dashboards while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality across finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures and relational databases.
• Ability to work with and manipulate data from multiple systems, including ERP databases and complex data structures.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct business case analysis to support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions.
• Prepare board-level materials and executive presentations, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Develop and maintain the company’s rolling 12-month budget and planning model, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain automated financial reporting dashboards and models to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide variance analysis and operational insights.
• Identify process improvements within financial reporting systems to drive efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and data integrity for financial systems and reporting tools.
• Protect operations by keeping financial information and strategic plans confidential.
