Job summary

Jobtailor is looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis leader who will oversee five operating units, manage a team of financial analysts, and coordinate the division's long-range strategic plans and annual operating plans.

The role emphasizes P&L management, working capital, SOX compliance, internal/external audits, and presenting financial data to senior leadership; proficiency with SAP, NGFP, and Microsoft Office is preferred, with US citizenship for security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 9 years Finance/Business Management experience, or Master's + 7 years, or Master's/PhD + 5 years.
• Minimum 4 years in Program Financial Planning & Control, Cost/Business Management, or Cost Accounting.
• Experience with Profit and Loss Management.
• Working Capital Management – Cash Flow/Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FP&A activities for five Operating Units.
• Coordinate Monthly/Quarterly Financial Reporting and Planning for the Division.
• Develop consolidated Long Range Strategic Plans and Annual Operating Plans.
• Manage program financials including forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Support SOX compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance with program and finance teams.
• Interface with dispersed business, program, and sector personnel.
