Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior FP&A leader responsible for creating and distributing financial reporting, preparing monthly and quarterly packages, and coordinating global budgeting and forecasting in a high-growth manufacturing environment.

You will design data gathering processes, implement technologies such as Planful and RPA to improve reporting, and collaborate with executives to enable strategic decision-making; travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 7+ years in global finance.
• 3+ years in FP&A in a global growth manufacturing company.
• Exposure to foreign currencies is a plus and strong planning skills.
• Proven ability to learn new accounting and reporting tools with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute financial reporting to measure results and guide decisions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly packages tracking sales, costs, and key metrics.
• Coordinate global budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Design and implement processes to streamline data gathering and reporting.
• Drive use of Planful reporting tool and ensure reporting compliance.
• Document and develop the KPI manual; provide financial analysis and tools.
• Work on special projects involving reporting, analysis, and improvement.
• Collaborate with department members and corporate finance teams.
