Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, plant finance, or corporate finance in a complex org.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting skills.
• Experience partnering with operations or manufacturing leaders to support performance and decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance review processes with a focus on operational and financial results.
• Analyze performance drivers, risks, and opportunities across operations and variances.
• Partner with operations leaders, plant finance, and stakeholders to provide financial insight.
• Prepare clear reporting, presentations, and financial summaries for leadership.
• Support annual operating plans, forecasts, and planning activities.
• Improve reporting tools, templates, and planning processes for accuracy and visibility.
• Gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment between plans and realities.
• Support cost, productivity, and performance improvement initiatives through disciplined analysis.
