Job summary

Tenneco is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to drive strategic financial analysis and executive insights across the organization. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and global consolidation, partnering with C‑suite to shape enterprise decisions and financial strategy.

You will lead an analytically strong, globally dispersed team and deliver data‑driven recommendations that influence manufacturing and distribution in the transportation sector.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience in a large, complex organization.
• Experience in the automotive or industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage with C‑level executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact financial analysis clarifying performance drivers and risks for enterprise decisions.
• Synthesize data into executive insights and strategic recommendations for the CFO and senior leaders.
• Develop polished presentations for CEO, CFO, Board; ensure concise, data‑driven messages.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial plans globally; streamline consolidation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other technical field; MBA or CPA preferred
