Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience at the manager level inside a temporary role.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Solid foundation in Oracle NetSuite and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile credit-card feeds against receipts.
• Build closing documentation for new managers.
• Ensure CO property-tax filings are timely.
• Provide forecasts leadership can rely on for hiring decisions.
• Monitor AR aging and act before issues arise.
• Oversee temporary payroll processing and tax deposits.
• Run weekly cash positioning and short-term borrowing decisions.
• Map intercompany flows to support consolidation.
