Job summary

MacLean Power Systems in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Finance Manager to lead forecasting, analytics, and executive reporting for the Group. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to drive planning, assess risks, and deliver actionable insights.

The role emphasizes driver-based forecasting, advanced financial modeling, and Power BI dashboards to support budgeting, reviews, and standardized reporting. A bonus potential and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, PE-backed a plus.
Strong understanding of financial statements and KPIs.
Experience with advanced financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Design driver-based forecasting framework for revenue, profitability, and operating expenses.
Establish forecasting governance, data ownership, and review cadence.
Coordinate inputs across functions to align with operational plans.
Develop scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and risk assessment tools.
Create scalable tools for budgeting, capital investments, pricing, and strategy.
Prepare executive forecast packages, dashboards, and business reviews.
Explain drivers and forecast changes with actionable insights.
Standardize reporting methodologies across the Group.
