Job summary

You will use historical data, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration to develop accurate demand plans and communicate insights to upper management. This role emphasizes analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; typically 4–6 years of experience.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating across departments to align demand with supply.
• Familiarity with safety and quality policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Routinely research market intelligence to keep demand forecasts current.
• Present analytics-based demand forecasts to upper management.
• Identify key sales indicators to guide product decisions.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards and maintain orderly work areas.
• Follow Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
