The role oversees one direct report and collaborates with Finance, Controllership, and business-unit partners to drive accuracy and insight. You’ll manage quarterly budgets, weekly flash updates, gross margin and SG&A analyses, and oversee several strategic initiatives, including potential M&A activity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate finance (accounting, FP&A) or professional services (public accounting, consulting).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Consolidation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets of revenue and expense items.
• Lead the long-range planning process across all planning teams.
• Create comprehensive sales and profitability models presented to Leadership and Board of Directors.
• Support strategic initiatives and provide analyses for new business investments.
• Develop and mentor the FP&A Analyst and manage team deliverables.
