Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead consolidation of forecasts, long-range planning, and strategic support for senior leadership. The role partners with accounting, supply chain, retail, marketing, and design to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Based in Atlanta, GA, the position supervises an FP&A Analyst and reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A. The candidate will own the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and weekly flash processes,

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in corporate finance (accounting, FP&A) or professional services (public accounting, consulting).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Responsibilities

Consolidate financial forecasts, long-range plan development, and provide strategic support for leadership.
Lead the long-range planning process across planning teams; develop comprehensive sales and profitability models.
Prepare materials for Monthly Business Review, Leadership Team, Earnings, and Board meetings; ensure accurate reporting.
