Job summary

UKG is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to lead enterprise financial planning and analysis, reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A. The role emphasizes performance improvement, scalable reporting, and KPIs across business units.

You will partner with executives and functional teams to drive headcount and expense planning, build financial models, and deliver timely, data-driven insights for strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis; managerial experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; ERP/BI tools experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate functions to provide decision support and financial analysis.
• Lead budgeting, long-term modeling, and annual operating plans.
• Develop and mentor a team of analysts.
• Improve internal reporting and management commentary for executives.
• Create new analytics to highlight trends and growth drivers.
• Collaborate across FP&A teams to improve planning tools.
