Job summary

Fluence, a global leader in intelligent energy storage and software, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to own FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will collaborate with operations, commercial, and supply chain teams to align financial targets with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining FP&A tools (Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion Planning, SAP BPC), delivering timely reporting, and supporting external disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Experience administering FP&A tools such as Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion Planning (NSBP), SAP BPC.
• Data extraction and management of big data from ERP systems for analysis and forecasting.
• Strategic financial insights to support cross-functional decision-making.
• Experience coordinating external reporting and GAAP/non-GAAP reconciliations.
• Experience with financial system implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Serve as FP&A business partner to cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, and commercial.
• Administer FP&A tools (Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion Planning, SAP BPC).
• Lead or support rollouts of finance systems and reporting enhancements.
• Prepare monthly MBR presentations with cross-functional inputs.
