Job summary

Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, seeks a Finance professional in Arlington, VA to own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive insights and improve reporting accuracy.

You will administer tools like Anaplan and Oracle Hyperion, deliver quarterly external metrics, and support the close process with US GAAP reporting.

Qualifications

End-to-end budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis and scenario modeling.
Experience administering FP&A tools such as Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion Planning (NSBP), SAP BPC, or equivalent EPM systems.
Data extraction and management of big data from ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP) for analysis and data integration with project forecasting tool.
Strategic financial insights to support decision-making across operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Preparing external financial reports and reconciliations between GAAP and non-GAAP metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning aligned with corporate goals.
Act as FP&A partner to cross-functional teams with financial insights and strategic analysis.
Administer FP&A tools and implement system improvements for accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Prepare monthly MBR presentations with cross-functional input and leadership reviews.
Coordinate external reporting and GAAP/non-GAAP reconciliations with Corporate Accounting.
