Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to lead FP&A, performance analytics and decision support for the YouTube and Social Platforms portfolio. You will build models, forecasts and dashboards driving actionable insights.

Reporting into finance leadership, you will coordinate annual budgets, support monetization analytics across channels and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and data quality.

Competenze

• 7+ years FP&A, finance or analytics experience, preferably in media/tech/digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis and analytics skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dashboards (SAC/Power BI/Tableau) is preferred.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights; strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to understand broader commercial context.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and planning schedules for SPE’s YouTube and Social Platforms business.
• Prepare monthly reporting, KPI dashboards, variance analyses and management materials.
• Support revenue forecasting and monetization analytics across channels, content, advertising and licensing.
• Analyze channel performance, content ROI and operating metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate annual budget, forecast and long-range planning cycles with cross-functional inputs.
• Partner with Analytics and business teams to improve data quality and performance measurement.
• Deliver post-investment analysis to optimize resource allocation and decision-making.
