Job summary

Tiberius Aerospace Inc. in Newport Beach, CA, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization.

You will partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and G&A teams to drive visibility and disciplined planning as the company scales its programs and infrastructure. The role requires strong analytical depth, business partnership, and experience in fast-paced aerospace or project-based environments.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a full forecasting or budgeting cycle end-to-end
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related roles
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and long-range planning processes annually and quarterly.
• Build and maintain financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Provide monthly variance analyses on revenue, expenses, headcount, capex and program performance.
• Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Support executive reporting including dashboards and KPI packages.
• Develop reporting frameworks for program, function, and company performance.
• Collaborate with accounting to improve forecast-to-actuals alignment and reporting consistency.
• Help establish scalable FP&A processes and tools.
