Job summary

AIT, a leader in automation and tooling for aerospace industries, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Plano, TX. You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, delivering insights to senior management and supporting board presentations.

This role requires strong FP&A experience and proficiency with BI tools. Responsibilities include building models, generating reports, and collaborating with multiple departments to provide timely financial guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar field.
• Three or more years of FP&A experience.
• Project-based accounting and manufacturing accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends in key performance indicators.
• Monitor performance indicators and variances.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and operating plans.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Support board presentations and senior leadership with analyses.
• Create dashboards using BI tools.
• Build financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial information for decision making.
