Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Finance Manager, FP& A to support the Global Logistics Network and drive profitability across the Inbound supply chain. You will partner with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights and influence strategic decisions.

This analytical role requires advanced Excel, data systems experience, and the ability to build forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience

Responsibilities

• Uses financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets. Outputs plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations.
• Works with a variety of data sources. Identifies incomplete or inaccurate data, identifies root causes of data issues, escalates discrepancies, fixes data where possible or partners to deliver a solution.
• Uses active listening skills intuitively to communicate data in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner.
• Identifies and implements solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes.
• Makes thoughtful time management decisions independently. Prioritizes work and meets deadlines.
• Drives own self-development in the Finance Community and shares knowledge.
