Job summary

Georgia Lottery Corporation in Atlanta, GA, seeks a seasoned finance leader to supervise financial planning and accounting systems. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analyses, reporting to senior management and the Board as needed.

The role requires extensive experience in accounting, FP&A, and ERP implementations, with a track record of driving financial controls and efficiency. A CPA and Dynamics 365 proficiency are highly valued; competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA preferred; advanced accounting and financial modeling skills required.
• Minimum five years in accounting, budgeting, analysis and reporting.
• At least three years leading FP&A or equivalent function; ERP experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Manages the annual budgeting process with business units and maintains budgeting systems.
• Designs and maintains models for projecting revenue and profit and analyzes costs.
• Prepares quarterly financial package for Board of Directors and supports monthly closes.
• Produces weekly cash forecasts and monitors cash flow for operations.
• Oversees accounting system modules and supervises software implementations and data conversions.
• Maintains games accounting and ensures GL balances are reconciled timely.
• Supports internal control and fiscal policy development for FP&A functions.
• Prepares schedules and notes for annual audits and updates on accounting pronouncements.
