Job summary

Heartflow seeks a Senior Finance Manager to guide strategic growth through budgeting, modeling, and cross-functional decision support. You will own operating and capital budgets, maintain rolling forecasts, and translate operational inputs into clear financial outputs for senior leadership.

You will partner across functions, build integrated models, and drive AI-enabled workflows to speed analysis. A strong background in FP&A with 8+ years is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Accounting experience.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior leadership.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own operating and capital budgeting and related cost drivers.
• Maintain integrated financial models, forecasts, and LRPs.
• Build scenario analyses and stress-testing for decisions.
• Translate headcount, vendor spend, and projects into forecasts.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to enable data-driven decisions.
