Job summary

HeartFlow is seeking a Finance Manager to guide strategic growth through operating and capital budgeting, integrated financial modeling, and cross-functional decision support in a hybrid SF setting.

You will own budgets, build rolling forecasts, translate headcount and spend into precise forecasts, and partner with senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions using modern finance tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA/CPA/CMA is a plus.
• 6+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or accounting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with NetSuite/Tableau a plus.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own operating and capital budgeting across the company, partnering with cross-functional leaders to manage P&L, costs, and department budgets.
• Build and maintain integrated financial models including rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and gross margin/opex projections.
• Create scenario analyses and stress tests to guide key business decisions.
• Translate headcount, vendor spend, project pipelines, and unit economics into precise forecasts and management reports.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and modern finance workflows to enhance analytics speed.
