Job summary

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, developing processes, and communicating with senior executives while driving automation of reporting and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 3+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• 3+ years identifying and leading opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance tools and processes.
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business.
• Driving reporting for opex and capex.
• Deep-diving variances vs. plan to uncover efficiency opportunities.
• Leading cross-functional projects involving finance and tech teams.
• Setting up processes and automating reporting.
