Job summary

BioMarin is seeking a Manager, Commercial FP&A, Centers of Excellence OPEX to lead OPEX planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support for the Commercial CoEs. You will partner with CoE leaders and the OPEX FP&A leader to drive disciplined resource allocation.

The role shapes process design, builds standard tools and planning templates, and supports consolidation, analysis, and communication of OPEX performance to Commercial leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA/CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OPEX planning, forecasting, and performance management for the Commercial CoEs.
• Partner with CoE leaders to enable effective spend management.
• Develop and implement planning tools, templates, and automation.
• Consolidate and communicate OPEX performance to Commercial leadership.
