Job summary

Referment is seeking a senior finance leader for its financial analysis and reporting team in New York. You will work closely with executive leadership while remaining hands-on with financial detail.

The role spans strategic analysis, forecasting and management reporting, with opportunities to improve models, tools and standards underpinning firmwide decisions. You will lead cross-functional projects and shape forecasts, supporting senior decision-makers with concise, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in strategic finance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, CS or related subject.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities with the ability to toggle between high-level questions and detailed analysis.
• Commercial judgement with a track record of supporting senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects using rigorous financial analysis to guide strategy.
• Shape and maintain financial forecasts, including budgeting and scenario planning.
• Oversee recurring and ad hoc reporting for senior leaders with clear insights.
