Job summary

Randstad USA in the Greater Philadelphia Region is seeking a Director of Finance (FP&A) to partner with executive leadership on budgeting, rolling forecasting, pricing analysis and operational performance across a multi-site network.

The role leads strategic finance planning, builds robust models, drives S&OP alignment, and mentors an FP&A team while supporting risk management and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance leadership emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, modeling and executive partnership.
• Experience in manufacturing/building products/multi-site distribution environments.
• Proven FP&A leadership and cross-functional collaboration with executives.
• Advanced financial modeling: ROI, IRR, NPV, DCF, payback.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, rolling forecasts and multi-year strategic planning.
• Build/maintain models tracking revenue, pricing, margins, OI and working capital.
• Direct monthly reviews, variances, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate capital allocation: capex, new products, expansions, investments.
• Partner with sales to assess pricing, profitability and product mix.
• Support S&OP by aligning demand, capacity, inventory with targets.
• Collaborate with Operations/Supply Chain on labor, costs, capacity.
• Enhance tracking of working capital, obsolescence, backlog.
• Align cost accounting with COGS and FP&A forecasts.
• Prepare executive presentations for VP Finance/CFO.
• Modernize planning tools, BI dashboards and automation.
• Support M&A activities including valuation and due diligence.
• Mentor, manage and elevate FP&A team.
