Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned business units.
• Partner with business unit leaders, providing variance analysis and insights to drive performance.
• Collaborate with marketing analytics on channel forecasts and marketing ROI analysis.
• Develop and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Identify variances and opportunities to optimize costs and resource allocation.
