Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or quantitative field; military experience.
• 7+ years in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination.
• 4+ years of FP&A management experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic thinking to support the business in prioritization and funding decisions.
• ‘Tell the story’ of financial results and forecasts within the context of business priorities.
• Articulate outcomes of analysis, along with relevant insights and recommendations.
• Partner with finance and business leadership to assess the financial implications of ongoing efforts.
• Communicate analytic insights through clear, high impact, executive-ready presentations.
• Manage, prioritize and coordinate various business activities for your team and partners.
