Job summary

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions seeks an FP&A Enterprise Data & Performance Reporting Lead. The role focuses on governance, analytics, and reporting across KPI sets, budgets, and value creation initiatives. You will work cross‑functionally with finance and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights.

Located in the U.S. Gulf Coast footprint with preferred sites in Houston, TX or Midland, MI, the role emphasizes data integrity, scalable dashboards, and proactive decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information System or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, finance analytics, business performance management, enterprise reporting, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manipulate data, build reporting solutions, interpret results, and support business decision‑making.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as data steward and analyst for FP&A and enterprise performance reporting.
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Python, Databricks, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Upgrade reporting solutions and develop new capabilities with ongoing maintenance and usability.
• Interpret outputs, identify trends, validate drivers, and recommend actions for strategic decision‑making.
• Link growth and efficiency targets into integrated performance views and budgets.
