Job summary

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a strategic FP&A Enterprise Data & Performance Reporting Lead. Preferred locations are Houston, TX or Midland, MI, with other US sites considered.

You will partner with leaders to govern KPI data, ensure data integrity, and translate insights into actions. Proficiency with Python, Databricks, Power Query, and Power BI is essential for developing and maintaining analytics and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, finance analytics, or enterprise reporting.
• Ability to manipulate data, build reporting solutions, and support decision‑making.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise KPIs across financial, program value, and operational areas.
• Serve as data steward ensuring data integrity and traceability.
• Design, test, publish, and maintain reports and dashboards using Python, Databricks, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Upgrade reporting solutions and create new capabilities with ongoing maintenance.
