Savant Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our Corporate Finance team. You will turn financial data into insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and build Power BI dashboards to drive strategic decisions across the firm.

You'll work across departments, leverage advanced Excel, and explore how emerging tech like AI can improve processes. This role offers hybrid work in a wealth-management environment with strong total rewards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights for non-finance audiences.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, and modeling.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets across headcount, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and capital planning.
• Analyze actual results vs budget/forecast to identify drivers, trends and opportunities.
• Create Power BI dashboards and financial reports to improve visibility into performance.
• Prepare data-driven analyses and presentations for executives and functional leaders.
• Collaborate across FP&A, Accounting, Data, and IT to improve processes.
