HOOPP is seeking a technically strong FP&A professional who combines investment knowledge with advanced Power BI and analytics capabilities. You will contribute to quarterly investment projections, benchmarking, and cost allocations while serving as the go-to FP&A resource for Power BI and automation.

The role emphasizes data quality, planning support, and proactive process improvements, with collaboration across investment and data teams to drive efficient forecasting and scenario modelling.

Qualificações

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, data analytics or related quantitative field.
• CFA designation or progress toward it is an asset; CPA designation or equivalent is also an asset.
• Demonstrated investment and analytics capability valued over any single designation.
• At least four years of relevant FP&A, investment analysis or similar.
• Strong knowledge of investment concepts including asset classes and benchmarking.
• Experience analyzing large and complex financial datasets.
• Experience with automation and data management improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and improve the quarterly investment projection process with investment teams.
• Support benchmarking activities including annual report comparisons.
• Assist investment cost allocations and related analyses.
• Prepare investment analysis for the Operating Plan and quarterly updates.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports for FP&A.
• Expand Power BI use for planning, analysis and decision support.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI and other technologies.
• Ensure documentation and data protection for FP&A solutions.
• Collaborate with FP&A, investment teams and data partners.
