Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Financial Analyst to consolidate, report, and support Baskin-Robbins Franchised Finance within Inspire Brands. You will manage P&L, perform variance analysis, and develop monthly projections, annual budgets, and long-range plans.

The role is based in the Boston area with 80% onsite work, requiring close collaboration with the Canton, MA and Atlanta teams to drive efficiency and strategic financial decisions across the franchise network.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of corporate finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, reconcile, and compile monthly financials including variance analysis.
• Lead between Baskin-Robbins Canton, MA and Inspire Brands FP&A/Treasury teams.
• Support Field Operations with Regional Scorecards, Yield & local sales analysis.
• Provide profitability analysis including unit economics and cost impact.
• Educate cross-functional partners on financial implications of options.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and drive efficiency improvements.
• Support integration into Inspire Brands systems and processes.
