Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Affiliate Financial & Business Analytics team. You will provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to support the financial sustainability of Planned Parenthood affiliates.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will build dashboards, models, and tools, collaborating with cross-functional partners to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive affiliate stabilization and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably with a 501c(3) organization.
Knowledge of financial statement analysis, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and governance bodies.
Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making.
Support implementation and administration of the Enhanced Financial Monitoring Program (EFMP).
Analyze affiliate financial performance to identify opportunities for targeted intervention or funding.
