Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join the Brand Finance team in Columbus, OH.

You will lead selling margin forecasting, inventory forecasting, and provide data-driven insights to guide decisions across Finance and Merchandise Planning. The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A/MP&A/ Retail Analytics or similar analytical experience.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and proficiency with data tools (Power BI).
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end selling margin forecasting, including AUR and costing metrics, price type management and markdown implications.
• Manage inventory forecasting to align buy plans, sales expectations and inventory productivity.
• Conduct promotional and pricing analysis to evaluate ROI and margin impacts.
• Lead monthly forecast alignment meetings and clearly communicate insights to partners and executives.
• Collaborate with global finance to align expectations and scenario planning.
• Build and maintain scalable reports, dashboards and analytical tools in Power BI & Excel.
• Support Quarter-End Board Deck materials with key drivers, insights and forward-looking risks/opportunities.
