Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Financial Analyst, Consultant for the Mandates FP&A team in Rancho Cordova, CA. You will partner with the Mandates portfolio to manage budgets, forecast expenses, and provide strategic spend recommendations.

You will also track ongoing costs related to Mandates implementation and support accruals/reclasses as needed. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years of relevant experience, with strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
