Job summary

Blue Shield of CA seeks a Financial Analyst, Consultant to partner with the Mandates FP&A team in managing a $60M project portfolio. You will forecast expenses, advise on spend, and track costs related to Mandates implementation, reporting to the manager of Strategic Initiatives FP&A.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years of relevant work, strong financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills, with desirable project management and Planview PM Software experience.

• Knowledge of accruals and reclasses.

• Provide strategic recommendations on spend and forecast future expenses.
• Track ongoing costs related to Mandates implementation.
