Job summary

C&S Chemicals in Roswell, GA is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This high-visibility role supports financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic growth and informed decision-making.

You will partner with the FP&A Manager and business units to build models, deliver timely reports, and identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and performance. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years FP&A experience, strong Excel, and experience with Power BI and SQL;

Qualifications

• 1–3 years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong Excel proficiency; Power BI & SQL skills a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular financial and operational reports for management.
• Partner with business units on budgeting, providing analysis and recommendations to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Develop and refine company-wide forecasting models to reflect evolving business needs.
• Monitor and analyze budget-to-actual variances, identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI.
• Analyze customer, product, and regional performance for actionable insights.
