Job summary

Allvue Systems is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team, delivering budgeting, forecasts, and performance analysis. You will work with leadership to consolidate plans, model scenarios, and provide actionable insights.

You’ll analyze variance drivers, support P&L and balance sheet projections, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling capability, including the ability to evaluate financial information and identify relevant trends and variances.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial performance reporting.
• Ability to exercise judgment within established financial processes and determine appropriate analytical approaches based on available information.
• Ability to communicate financial findings clearly and work effectively with cross-functional business partners.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience analyzing income statements; exposure to balance sheet and cash flow analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate components of budgets, forecasts, key-driver analyses, and variance reporting to support management planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial results for accuracy, reasonableness, significant variances, and emerging trends, escalating material findings as appropriate.
• Develop driver-based financial models to evaluate P&L implications, return on investment, revenue, expenses, margins, and other key business drivers.
• Support balance sheet and cash flow projections and related financial analyses.
• Participate in business-case modeling and other financial analyses supporting key areas of business performance.
