Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently.
• High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
• Experience in multicultural, cross-functional environments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with consolidation or planning tools (OneStream).

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Run variance analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Play a key role in strategic and operational planning cycles.
• Build financial models for business cases and initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership, including the Executive Team.
• Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate decisions.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting.
