Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• 2–4 years' experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset.
• Experience in multicultural, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with consolidation or planning tools (e.g., OneStream).

Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst - Sabetha, KS

As a Financial Analyst at JBTM, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and help drive strategic decision-making. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

The FP&A Analyst will conduct finance analysis of JBTM Group with the purpose to respond pro-actively to (ad-hoc) and requests from CEO, CFO and other members of the Executive Team (ET).
