Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, or related field).
• 5–7 years of relevant FP&A work experience.
• Strong financial modeling and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated revenue and expense forecasting with variance analysis.
• Own executive financial reporting and narrative for senior leadership.
• Drive enterprise financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Manage consolidation of financial results and forecasts.
• Partner with BU FP&A teams to align performance assumptions.
• Identify enterprise risks and trends and incorporate into forecasts.
• Prepare executive-facing materials and budget analyses.
• Improve planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Maintain punctual attendance; may require night/weekend work.
• Other duties as assigned.
