Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership, guiding financial decisions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and long-range planning; analyze revenue, margins, and project performance; support revenue recognition, client billing, and compliance while developing executive dashboards with Power BI, Oracle, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or project accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and project financial management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient Office Suite.
• Experience with financial reporting and KPI development.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance including revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and KPIs.
• Monitor project financial performance; identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contract review, billing, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls and process improvement initiatives.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and enterprise systems for reporting and analytics.
