Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Financial Analyst for the US SMB product portfolio within the SBG Strategic Finance team.

You will lead executive-level analysis and reporting, own the financial narrative for performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive planning and forecasting. This role requires 6–8 years in consolidation FP&A, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and strong data storytelling to inform senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergrad in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years consolidation FP&A or equivalent tenure in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or finance analytics.
• Demonstrated experience owning planning cadences, models, or consolidated reporting across multiple business lines.
• Proven track record of translating business results into an insightful, consumable story for senior leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to partner across all levels of the organization and influence stakeholders using data.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Self-starter able to initiate, manage, and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI or data-architecture tooling a plus.
• Experience with Hyperion and Oracle Smartview, or any other ERP-related software.
• Experience with AI tools, specifically leveraged for code review and creating and improving SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Own SBG’s financial planning cadence, processes, and tooling; support consolidation of QBO-wide inputs for trend and analytics for month-end, quarter-end, and 3/1 deliverables.
• Data architecture and process improvement: enable improved data access and coordinate metrics reporting across the team.
• Drive executive presentation materials to inform senior leaders and deliver data-driven insights on performance and implications.
• Lead trend and scenario analyses to inform key strategic decisions across SBG.
• Lead business partnerships across Product Partnerships, supporting leadership on revenue strategies.
