Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Financial Analyst for the QuickBooks Workforce Solutions segment in Mountain View. You will partner with product, marketing, and analytics to develop multi-year strategic plans, build financial models, and deliver insightful reporting that informs investments and pricing decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

Undergrad in Finance, Accounting or Business Management or equivalent work experience.
6-8 years FP&A experience or equivalent tenure from related positions in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or analytics.
4+ years of experience with financial forecasting or analytic modeling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills.
Experience in high-growth software / SaaS environments is a plus.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Hyperion Essbase preferred.

Responsibilities

Strategic planning: advise QuickBooks Workforce Solutions leadership on 1- and 3-year plans.
Operational excellence: partner with Product, Marketing and Analytics to monitor KPIs and drive decisions.
Modeling: build financial models for go-to-market, pricing, and new channel opportunities.
Financial reporting: prepare month-end close packages and variance explanations.
Process improvement: streamline and automate reporting and processes.
