ICM Solutions, a leader in heavy equipment solutions, is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join the Finance team in Murray, UT. You will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis across the organization, transforming data into insights to drive business performance.

The role offers exposure to all aspects of FP&A in a multi-location, growing company and partners with senior finance leaders to improve reporting and decision-support processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree as listed; 2–4 years in financial analysis, FP&A or related roles.
• Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, construction, equipment, or transportation is preferred but not required.
• Internship or early-career experience in budgeting/forecasting or financial reporting is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes; maintain forecast models and tools.
• Perform variance analysis against budget/forecast and prior periods.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, inventory, and profitability trends.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards; support ad hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure data quality and provide actionable insights.
