Job summary

Rhino Tool House in Concord, NC is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own financial visibility into operating costs, cash flow, and profitability. You will partner with department leaders to drive cost control and accurate forecasting to support growth.

This role requires 2–5+ years in FP&A, experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, and the ability to translate data into clear business insights. You will prepare monthly reports and assist in budgeting across entities.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Cost & Expense Management: monitor SG&A and operating expenses, track budgets and explain variances.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital: own the 13-week cash flow forecast, analyze AR, AP, inventory, and liquidity risks.
• Balance Sheet & Operational Analysis: analyze inventory, accruals, fixed assets, and ROI on capex.
• Process Improvement & Reporting: improve reporting/forecasting, support automation and ERP integrations, prepare monthly leadership packages.
