Current Lighting is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business decision‑making. This role partners with finance, accounting, and business leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative, comfortable using financial systems and data analytics tools to drive cost management and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or related finance role preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and large datasets.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and OneStream preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across departments.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management presentations.
• Analyze operating expenses, cost trends, and business drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules, allocation models, and related financial analyses.
• Partner with accounting during month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support as needed.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools such as Excel, SAP, Power BI, and OneStream.
• Improve recurring reporting processes through automation, standardization, and process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to finance and business leadership.
