Job summary

Future Today Strategy Group is seeking Consultant or Senior Consultant to guide Fortune 500 clients through strategic decisions. You will conduct research, develop insights, and deliver client-ready presentations, memos, and frameworks.

You’ll work with senior leaders, own workstreams at the Senior level, and mentor junior teammates while leveraging FT­SG’s foresight methodologies and tools. Hybrid role with travel within the United States.

Qualifications

• Relevant consulting experience with 2–4 years for Consultant level; more for Senior Consultant.
• Strong research and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex info.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with polished slide decks.
• Client-facing experience, including leading meetings.
• Org and delivery discipline with cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote, Miro or Mural.
• Familiarity with large language models and independent research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured research across industries and client challenges.
• Synthesize findings into frameworks, implications, and recommendations.
• Own quality and timely delivery of work; manage progress and dependencies.
• Create compelling presentations and strategy memos for clients.
• Lead client workshops and meetings; build trust with clients.
• Apply foresight methodologies and contribute to firm knowledge base.
• Mentor junior colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
