Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a forecasting analyst to support financial and headcount planning for teams in the U.S. and India.

You will prepare forecasts, workforce reporting, and executive-ready presentations for senior stakeholders. You will build Excel analyses and PowerPoint decks, explain assumptions and variances, and coordinate with business leads to meet reporting deadlines while validating any AI-assisted analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial or workforce data.
• Advanced Excel skills with confidence in presenting in PowerPoint.
• Experience with forecasting, headcount planning, financial analysis, or management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial, headcount, and workforce forecasts.
• Gather, reconcile, and analyze inputs from U.S. and India teams.
• Support monthly business reviews (MBRs) and related workforce reporting.
• Build and update Excel analyses and PowerPoint presentations.
• Explain forecast assumptions, variances, and changes clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business support leads and chiefs of staff to meet reporting deadlines.
• Use tools such as Copilot where appropriate and validate any AI-assisted analysis.
