Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term forecasting models for global therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with Hematology leaders, R&D and finance to integrate insights into planning.
• Present forecast scenarios and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor forecasters and manage COE projects, including offshore resources.
• Stay updated on industry trends and forecasting methodologies in biotech/pharma.
